Today, students peer-edited their college essays.  I also read several and made some suggestions.  Students decided to take the essays home for a revision before handing them in for an actual grade/score.  Essays should be handed in on Thursday, September 20th, at the very latest.  

Please note:  There is an assembly on Wednesday, September 19th, during Period 1.

Period 3

Class did not meet today.  Nevertheless, be sure to have rough drafts of college essays on Wednesday, September 19th.

There will be a test on the introduction to Anglo-Saxon literature on Friday, September 21.

Period 4
English 12CP

Reviewed and discussed "The Seafarer."  I also provided a study guide for the test on the introduction to Anglo-Saxon literature which will be on Thursday, September 20.
