Finished watching Last Days.  Tomorrow, we will talk about what we learned, and I will explain your writing assignment.


Periods 3 and 7
Grade 12

Word quiz today in both classes.  If you were absent today, you have tomorrow only to make up quiz.  In period 3, we went over the seven questions for "The Wife of Bath's Tale".  Students were also given a writing assignment that goes along with their first visit to the library.  


In period 7, we finished "The Wife of Bath's Tale".  Tomorrow, we will discuss this tale further and students will receive their writing assignment for the library visit.


Dates to remember:  Monday, 11-21>to library to begin research; Tuesday, 11-22>in-class writing on one of the Canterbury Tales; Tuesday, 11-29>analysis of critical essay due; Tuesday, 12-6>in-class assessment of outside reading books.


Keep in mind that there is always homework in English!  Tonight you should be reading either your research paper book or your second quarter outside reading book AND TAKING NOTES.
