Period 1

Worked on vocabulary words and wrote a response to a writing prompt about reading.

For homework:  write two meaningful sentences for each of the 10 vocabulary words; homework due Tuesday, 9-7-2010.

Period 4

Shared interviews with the class; despite the oppressive heat, the kids were real troopers and willingly presented their essays!  Nice job!
