4 November 2010 Thought for the day: "Remember, my dears, that no matter how hard you dance, not everyone will clap. Dance anyway." --Joan Erickson
Grade 10 CP
Periods 1 & 4
I have not written since October 26th! We've got some catching up to do...on Monday, 11-1-2010, we began reading The Tragedy of Julius Caesar by Wm. Shakespeare. Students made journals to record their reading/writing responses. The expectation is that you will respond to 3 writing prompts for each scene we read. Even if you read a scene at home, you are responsible for keeping up with your writing logs. This writing will count as a test grade for the 2nd quarter.
You also have 20 new vocabulary words for which you completed homework assignments. There will be a quiz on Wednesday, 11-10-2010 (it is a C-day).
Homework due tomorrow, Friday, 11-5-2010>Read Act I scene ii and complete 3 writing prompts in your response logs.
