English 12 CP  WORD OF THE DAY:  1-14 amicable (words for 1-10 pristine/1-11 garrulous)

Period 3  Rough drafts of research papers have been collected -- HOORAY!!  Please do not expect them to be returned to you before 1-31-2011 at the earliest as they take time to correct.  You should have read Act I scenes 1, 2, and 3 in Hamlet.  You should also have 9 entries (3 for each scene) thus far in your reading logs.  Be sure to stay current with that.  On tap for Tuesday, 1-18-2011>>putting scene three into modern day language/improvisations.

English 10 CP

Periods 1 and 4  On Tuesday, 1-18-2011, there will be a vocabulary quiz on the most recent vocabulary words.  We will continue with the dialog writing, using the diary excerpts to assist you in creating your conversations.
